Ragi, also known as Finger Millet, undergoes a meticulous process to ensure the highest quality. First, it is carefully cleaned and thoroughly washed before being soaked for 20-24 hours. Afterward, it is left to sprout over the next 48 hours, wrapped in clean cotton cloths and sun-dried. Finally, it is ground to perfection using stone grinders, resulting in a fine sprouted-Ragi flour.
